which ring on a wedding ring set?
My boyfriend asked me to marry him, but he doesn’t have the ring yet, we are going together to pick one out. I want to know if we pick a bridal or wedding set, which ring is supposed to be for the engagement? I know it comes with two rings, one is usually bigger then the other. I just want to know so I don’t mess it up.

You guys helped a lot! I felt like an idiot not knowing, but this is the first and only time I will be getting married. And don’t worry funny guy Gene I won’t be a divorced person, I may become a widow if he gets on my nerves bad enough!! lol
2-piece is usually – one bigger with the mount and the stone this would be your engagement,
the other one is a wedding band – the smaller band often of irregular form to fit the first piece.
Make sure to take the engagement piece off the finger for the ceremony!
