Where can I find a bakery that makes gluten-free wedding cakes in Toronto, ON?
My cousin is getting married in November, and she’s just about given up on finding a gluten-free wedding cake that isn’t $700 per layer. I myself have been searching high and low for bakeries that will accommodate her dietary needs, but everywhere I look seems to want an arm and a leg to make the cake (above and beyond the normal cost of a nice multi-layer wedding cake).
If anyone knows of bakeries in the GTA (or even in the surrounding areas) that can make gluten-free wedding cakes, please let me know.
