Adding length to a Wedding Dress?
I want to buy a preowned wedding dress from someone and it is the same size and style as the one I tried on in the store. The only thing is that she is 5’5 and I am 5’9. Is there anyway I can buy it still from her and add length on it without it looking silly or weird? I really want this dress because it is a significantly cheaper price than anywhere in stores. But I am afraid the fabric I get will not match the dress. Any suggestions?

You may want to ask a seamstress or alterer. The only way that I would think of is for your slip to be longer. But definitely ask them first. Good Luck!
