hi there i wanted to ask people something who are from peshawar, pakistan.
what would you give someone if u get invited to a pathan girls’ mehndi ceremony. At other punjabi mehndi ceremonies that i have attended u usually give money and they give u a sugar and mehndi packet.
Is this what happens at a pathan wedding.

If the wedding is in the UK ,its often money(well thats how its worked in my family) If you’re asking about back in Pakistan,although in our area we often stick to money,people also give gifts like tea sets or a suit/dress.
